Dr. Mark H. Nicholson is bringing a lifetime of listening to people, understanding problems, and finding solutions to his campaign for City Council. As a husband and father who has lived in Billings for over two decades and cared for a foster daughter with multiple disabilities, Dr. Nicholson is deeply invested in making Billings better. He aims to apply his unique skills to address critical community issues such as public safety, affordable housing, and creating safe streets for everyone.
Dr Mark made a career of listening to people, understanding problems and finding solutions. Count on him to bring those same skills to the city council.
